Integrate with MailPoet

WP WebinarSystem Pro is deeply integrated with Mailpoet (2 & 3), the popular newsletter plugin for WordPress.

The integration will automatically become active when the system noticed that you have the Mailpoet plugin installed and activated on your website.

For each separate webinar you can configure which mailing list service you want to use. – While you are setting up your webinar in the webinar details page, go to the “mailinglist” tab under the WP WebinarSystem settings.
– Choose “Mailpoet” in the dropwdown menu. If you are using Mailpoet 3, then select "Mailpoet 3". This will load all the existing email lists you have configured in the Mailpoet plugin.
– Click the list you want to save your webinar subscribers to and save the webinar.

Everyone who register for your webinar will also be added to your chosen Mailpoet list.

In Mailpoet 3, your attendees will need to confirm their email before they will be added to one of your lists. If the option 'Enable sign-up confirmation' is disabled, then there isn't a confirmation needed.
