Certificate of Attendance

The Certificate of Attendance feature in WebinarPress Pro allows webinar hosts to acknowledge and reward attendees by sending them personalized certificates after the webinar concludes. This comprehensive documentation will guide you through the process of utilizing this feature effectively.

Accessing the Certificate Feature

• Login to your WebinarPress Pro account.
• Navigate to the webinar management dashboard.
• Locate the "Certificates" tab.

Certificate Selection Options

• Choose from the following options:
  • All Attendees
  • Attendees who attended >70% of the webinar time
  • Attendees who attended >80% of the webinar time
  • Attendees who attended >90% of the webinar time
  • Attendees who attended 100% of the webinar time

Certificate Template Customization

• Select a certificate template.
• Edit the company logo and organizer name in real-time.
• Preview changes before finalizing.

Test Email

• Send a test email to yourself to review how the certificate will appear in attendees' inboxes.

Attendee Selection Overview

• View the number of attendees selected based on your chosen criteria.

Sending Certificates

• Finalize your choices.
• Click "Send Certificates" to selected attendees.
